Training in Progress - Join Anytime

The RFL Athletic Club offers training sessions as many as (4) days per week, year round at various locations. Our Summer schedule is at Briar Hill Park (M, W, Th, Sat). The Summer program will focus on building base endurance and strength. We are here to help all athletes improve their endurance through running. We serve as a primary sport or as a supplement to other sports or activities on a come as needed basis.

Sat @ Briar Hill Park from 10:00-11:15 AM
